A boy who was abandoned by his parents and lived in solitude

This is the story of a boy who meets a couple who are sponsoring him while he is undergoing infertility treatment. A boy who could only feel himself by committing crimes begins to find meaning in life.

Isamu is 30 years old and still unemployed.

He lives with his father, who he hasn't spoken to for over 10 years, and his mother, who is very considerate of others. When his father is laid off, the atmosphere in the house becomes even more oppressive. At the model airplane shop, Isamu's only place to be, a woman appears and asks him to fly a broken rubber-powered airplane.

The theater company to which Yumi belongs has just begun rehearsals for a new play. Although it is an original work, Yumi is surprised to see the resemblance between the father in the play and her own father, who passed away three years ago. One day, Yumi receives a call from her brother in the countryside, saying that their mother has collapsed. When her brother comes to pick her up at the train station in the mountains, he is still influenced by his father. Yumi's mother hands her the diary her father left behind. As she loses track of time as she reads, the conflict between her and her father gradually melts away.
